Brunch was grits over 3 eggs, lot of bacon, 2 slices toast along with a fried banana. All washed down with lots of coffee. Exercise results later.
Rode 34 minutes, 6.82 miles, burning 250 calories on the exercycle. Not interested in working the dumbbells today.
Dinner was my normal routine when working. Del Taco for a light dinner. Lately I have been also getting a Coke Zero also.
