Well, I'm hoping this isn't a fluke, and I figured this out relatively well. It's nice to have good news and a smile right away in the morning!!!

Those drops feel good, don't they? :) My weight can vary by as much as 5 pounds a day, so I take the ups and downs with a grain of salt. Until, at least, they stay consistent for a week at a time. Still, enjoy the green arrow!

Thank you Lady!! Mskestrela...I don't take anything for granted or expect too much out of anything, ever. I wasn't raised that way...everything is with a grain of salt. I think most of us that are over weight have had to learn that way. I am proud of myself for the weight I have dropped in only the two weeks I have been trying. So, I agree with you. And believe me! I love seeing the green arrows, even if it means I will see a small red one tommorrow! LOL It's and encouraging result! It means, I must be doing something right once in a while. WOOHOO!!!! LOL
