What looked like a lot of food on my plate tonight...turns out to not be holding me over. I felt very full when I was done eating....about an hour and a half later I feel like I didn't eat at all. It's frustrating the heck out of me and boy am I getting crabby because of it...

Sometimes I experience that "hunger" after a meal but if I drink a glass of water it usually goes away.
