Thanks for your encouragement. Actually my start weight was around 235lb - 240lb. I weighed 240 at the doctors office on Friday before starting the diet on Tuesday. I weighted over 24 hours before my 1st weigh in, and I just listed my current weight at that time. I figure I'd be more accurate if I dropped 5 lb from the doctors office. So my actual weight loss on this diet is between 8 - 10 pounds for the first 3 days. I weighed 224 lb Thursday but by Sunday I was 226 lb
