Hey, happy Monday to our FatSecret community! Today, begins our 22 Challenge with Mahjohn. I find out whether I can do 22 normal pushups, and I am going to try very soon. I think it is important to think about our defenders of our freedom, as we partake in this activity. They deserve our highest respect! I hope to incorporate pushups into my continued workouts. Have a great day everyone!

Something, I think we all should incorporate in our lives. Even though constructive criticism can be helpful sometimes, if you don't have something POSITIVE to say about almost anything in life, maybe you should think two or three times before saying it. No one likes negative, critical people, or at least they shouldn't. They like positive, upbeat people. Sometimes, I believe it is a problem, when negativity gets all the attention. Are we really attracted to anger?

Well done...I'll get to the hotel gym later tonight, will try to upload a video of some decline push-ups, or some walking push-ups... :-)

Mahjohn, this is getting to be pride kind of ego thing for me. I will continue, and see if things get better. It is good for me, as long as my wrist doesn't snap. lol

Decline push ups yesterday 15,12,8. Failed more like 10,8,6 lol. I'm learning ;-) oh and on a dang ball...

A few years back i had some carpal tunnel/ulnar tunnel damage. I bought "Perfect Push-Up", they're pretty good. keeps your hand and forearm in a much stronger position, takes the strain off your wrists.

Balance often is a problem with the inner ear, which controls balance. Sorry, I know that doesn't help much. Sorry, but it could be age related too.
