this is so hard. I can't believe that my weight hasn't changed! I have not adhered well to the limit. I have been stressed. I haven't been formally exercising. I have gardened. when I do formally exercise I do pull ups & leg lifts. I am stronger. my clothes fit even better. my weight is the same. my toes are numb. I get weak. I pray for strength. I get hungry. I pray for strength. I know there is still room to grow, or shrink for that matter. the numbers. the process.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
