Sigh. I guess I'm destined to live on air. So discouraged. Damn middle aged hormones.

Hi Rusty. What week are you in? I am in my 3rd week and in an awful stall. I too am middle aged, guessing that means a bit of a roller coaster is coming.

Hi Kimberlie, I'm on like week 124. LOL. I've been struggling for a long time!

Stalls suck.... but we'll get through them. Hang in there!

Just a suggestion here. I hope I'm not overstepping boundaries, but have you tried lowering your protein a bit & replacing it with fat? Too much protein tends to spike blood glucose & insulin, ESP most shakes. Coconut flour recipes helped me a lot with that, esp coconut flour biscuits. They are a total hit in my house! Hang in there! If what you're doing isn't working, tweak! 😉

Thanks Jenny. I have tried that, for over a year actually, and it didn't help. I do better with higher protein, moderate fat overall. Fat doesn't satiate me like it does so many others. It leaves me starving. I'm just fighting a broken metabolism and until I fix that I'm kind of stuck. Whining just makes me feel better. LOL
I've tried those coconut biscuits. So delicious! I really like the cheddar bay variety. Have a super day!
