Wow. Tell your brother I don't want a free pizza! What an ordeal. New month, new goal. I like it. Good luck!

I've been trying to add buddies today, but it looks like I can only add about 2 to three per day. Oh well I will just take it one day at a time. Am happy to be able to log into FatSecret for now.

1. Are you sure it was your brother? If so, did he email you the link, or tell you to go to a site? Pizza hut is a reputable firm, any legitimate offers from them would not be click bait. SO either his Facebook account was hacked and you received a fake message from him, or he fell for the fake Pizza Hut link and sent it to you. 2. Think about what information you filled out for your free Pizza. Name, address, zip, any other personal information? 3. Never click unsubscribe, it lets spammers know you're alive and listening and you simply get more spam.

stick with 175. 160 is too much in one year. steady, slow weight loss is better than strong goals. slow weight loss establishes eating patterns better.

Mahjohn My brothers friend send the pizza thing to him then he forwarded it to me. I don't know if my brother filled out his own info and realized it was fake. Yes anything from the pizza hut website is legitimate. We log in to to pizza hut from time to time to find specials. This site was external, as a previous webmaster I should of known better. I simply put my trust in what my brother sent me. I was bugged for what happened didn't know what to think. I did a little bit a detective work in my mind and came to the conclusion that my email address became part of a mass mail spam. Yes, I agree about clicking unsubscribe from an unknown sender as to extract my address for more mass mailings. This new email account I have is clean and I'm only going to click the subscribe button from trusted websites that are important to me.

You might be right Anthonylorenz. Currently I wear a 2XL T-Shirt and look pretty reasonable in it. People know I've lost a ton, I tried on a 1XL to see what is looks like. It's wearable, but the man boobs and stomach are more evident. I'll try a shirt size switch maybe for the 4th of July. I think I'll try to lose enough to fit into a regular large by or before autumn season. Just about any department store has regular large T-Shirts in abundance. I was wearing 4XL last winter and was ordering from KingSize Direct lol.

I hear you Warrenwinter. It's amazing the the US government gets hacked from time to time from countries overseas. My uncles yahoo got hacked about a month ago, I got a strange email from him clicked on the link, then realized they wanted my password for what was supposed to be a downloadable PDF file. People in my uncles contact started giving him static including my Mom and me in the form of did you send this? So he realized he'd been hacked and changed his password.

Quick PSA to all: Run your local computer as a "Limited User" account and not and Admin. This alone will prevent a large portion of malware/spyware infections. If you have Windows 7/10 Pro and not home. Use "AppLocker". The combination of these two things remove the need for Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware software.

Mahjohn - Looking at this on my Windows 10 - looks like I have to make a second account (as you must have an administrator account) that is a standard and always log in using the standard account?
