here it is the beginning of June. Time to set up some new goals and challenges for me to meet and accomplish. It's strange this relationship with food that I have. a most definite love hate situation. I see people I know who can sit down and eat anything, yet here I am trying to be conscious of what I eat, how much I eat and what my stomach will tolerate. Individuals at work have called me a "food phob" but they just don't seem to understand it's not my idea of a good time to be sick at work because I have eaten something that I know will set my whole digestive system into a complete chaos. Needless to say the can call me what they will, but I will always err on the side of caution. sorry just my thoughts of the day. have a good day.
