This is going to be an interesting day! My stomach can not handle anything solid at all, I also know it is more then just a bug too. Perhaps it's stress, or I've have mentally set myself up for this. I guess it will be mostly liquids and crackers until this situation settles down.
However there are two things that I am absolutely terrified about..
1. loosing weight over this and then it coming back with a vengence
2. my mental state deteriating like it has in the past.
I have to remain in control no matter what... and I will remain in control.
Like I tell everyone else, breath, relax and do what you can...
I will get through this, it is not like I have not walked down this path before and survived.. I can most certainly do it again.
