Happy Tuesday FS!
Great comments upon my return to work yesterday with folks noticing my weight loss! Great incentive for me although I attribute it to wearing clothes that fit a little better. ;-) When I think that I started my life style change at almost 185, returned to FS around 180, I have made progress and would be enough for folks to notice. I'm still focused, determined and motivated! I feel like a bull dog! Arrrrr ... Or is that a Pirate? Lol! Anyway, I'm going to do it! And, you are too Buddies!! Have a fabulous day FS!
