Happy Friday all FatSecret devotees! Well, my brother in law is still hopeful, that he can live through his brain tumors. We went to Red Robin for dinner, and had hamburgers, and bottomless fries, as you can see from the RED arrow. I hit Costco for Pistachios, Cashew Clusters, and Quinoa and Rice. Also, bought Coconut Coffee mix, that they were giving samples of. You can mix it in your coffee. I better fast a bit today. I have my bone scan evaluation on the 31st. I will be changing to USC Kenneth Norris Cancer soon. Everyone have a great day! Warren's Diet Tips of the Day: 8 Filling Foods For Weight Loss!WARNING! WARNING! Funny you say that Phil. My wife does that too. Why are you watching that? Looking at ladies again. That one is on an eternal loop. I don't even react to it anymore.

My wife got me to leave Facebook, when one of my female cousins wanted to come visit because I stayed a week in Wisconsin with them, and she was getting pissed. I think they hate us now.

I hate going grocery shopping with my wife, not only because she insists on loading the buggy full of carbage, but mainly because she's scoping out the aisles from one end to the next to see if there's some eye-candy-for-Phil lurking on one of them. She's nearly given me whiplash on more than once occasion doing a 180° if she sees something I might potentially gawk at. The tv thing is probably the most ridiculous, though, I mean damn, they're on TV FFS! lol

When my wife isn't working she always asks, "What do you want to do today?" The real answer is, "NOTHING! I want to sit here in on the couch so you can look at me all day and make sure I'm not enjoying anything about life!!". lmao Lordy, Vegas, no no no no no no, I couldn't deal with constantly changing directions. The only thing in life my wife really wants me to enjoy is food I'm not supposed to have. She likes me fat, and I fell for that for a long time. Of course I'm being a bit dramatic, if she sees this I'LL be the one getting hit with a baseball bat. lolololol

Well Phil, we are all very glad you saw the diet "light in the sky" and have been a model fro all of us to follow. I'm sure you had to alter her ways a bit with the dieting too. I still have to tell my wife, the large Fraps are too fattening. I'm getting there though.
