Sheesh, I was a piggy last night. I think the carb counts the system assigned were higher than what was actually in my food though. I don't get too hung up on finding exact matches. I skipped carb nite this week. Well, actually went on a little bender which replaced carb nite. I'm switching focus a little and am exploring the method of metabolism rebuilding that is recommended through the Curves program. It makes sense and I used it years ago although at that time I was so burnt out from being on a long term stall that I didn't follow through with it. It does require almost daily weighing though. Blah.
