So stoked to see the scale continue on the downward slope! I am still trying to focus on my suggested 1300 calorie daily intake, but also notice my deficit when I work out. It makes me a little nervous to take a rest day! I am also trying hard not to define myself by that number on the scale because I know it means so much more than that.
I am focusing on my skill level in paddling and also my strength improvements in the gym. My biggest goal of all is to get some sexy abs!! Still trying to see how my body will respond to that being almost 51, 4 kids and sustaining a weight loss of almost 50 pounds total. I might be asking too much of it? But dang....that would be my ultimate goal for sure!
