Hey- don't get down on yourself!! It all starts with your mental attitude. I know that sounds lame (and it is lame), but it’s the truth. If you’re not committed to this whole weight loss thing for the right reasons with the right attitude, it won't work. I know this is hard, it is soo much easier to enjoy food and put it on than it is to take it off, but it will come off. Do not get discouraged, stay motivated and know that we all are right here with you in the same fight every single day. There are 24 hours in a day, you just have to make it through one at a time. Don't look at 2 days from now or a week from now, stay in the moment, & take it one day at a time. Some famous guy once said “those who forget history are doomed to repeat it.” Figure out what will make this time different, and recognize the old habits when they start to creep in – if you can stay away from these triggers, you’ll have a better chance of doing this. Just 30-60 minutes a day of physical activity to get your heart race pumping is enough to keep you healthy (along with a good diet). Find something you enjoy doing, and do it. Good luck!!
