I came down with a cold so it's actually been easier to adhere to my diet as I haven't wanted to eat much lately. I loaded up on Vit C, Zinc, Airborne, Magnesium, Potassium, Selenium, L-Lysine and lots of water. So if this bug gets worse it's one hell of a bug!
62.5 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.8 kg a Week
