Last night, I had my usual Del Taco fast food: mini bacon quesadilla, grilled chicken taco and a bean-cheese cup. At home before bedtime, I had my usual snack, a big spoon of peanut butter with half a glass of milk.
Despite the huge pizza and wings breakfast yesterday, i finally got back down to my natural range in the 175 area.
In addition, thankfully, no soreness in my left shoulder from using the dumbbells yesterday when I thought perhaps I aggravated it.
