No change in weight today. Went to Doctor today and had a "weigh in" and though I had lost 5 pounds since last visit, I am upset that I did not lose more... Need more work on this to get a better loss rate... Starting to eat more Sashimi than I have been eating so maybe that will help... Eel, white Tuna, Red Tuna (4 pieces each) tonight and hope I can start making it help... Previously lost 45 pounds doing so, I hope it will this time as well... At Doc's office, had a 7.2 A1C down from 7.8 AIC. Obviously better than before but still need to bring it down. All ok with the liver....:) Only 8% over food goal today... Yea!

108.0 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
