i gained a few pounds this week. 3rd week no exercise and i'm feeling it. stressed, eating crap food, not exercising, and exhaustion! it will make a person gain. I got back on the treadmil lats night. And I now have my "diet" food back in the house so I'll be back at it. And hopefully I'll lose the few pounds i've gained!
88.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

You can get back on track. It is hard work and time consuming but you can do it!

It is a constant battle and this time of year is so hard as there are temptations everywhere. Good for you getting on the treadmill! You are heading in the right direction! You will lose the new found weight fast! Have a great day!
