Really glad to see no weight change considering the fact that I scarfed down 3 slices of thick crust pepperoni pizza along with 4 chicken wings and 2 glasses of milk last night for dinner.
But I did ride the exercycle which helped.
Breakfast was steel cut oats and toast, washed down with coffee.
Lunch was a chicken soup with nopales along with pork and beans, Mexican style.
Rode 40 minutes, 8.36 miles, burning 307 calories on the exercycle.
Dinner was a banana sandwich, mayo this time.
Also tried out my new dumbbell set for the first time with the lightest weight amount. Adding a little tomorrow. Still waiting for the book of exercises to arrive.
Not looking to bulk up or get very strong, just to
firm up. Dropping from 230 to a now 176 at my age means "not firm" and that's what I hope to change.
Now if it would only make my hair grow back ;-)
