Think nopales are on the menu today. This picture taken yesterday as my girlfriend was cleaning and prepping a few pads off of one of the cactus' here in the backyard. Hint: go to the produce section of your supermarket and buy the ones already prepped in the plastic bags. Make it easy on yourself.
