Brunch was frijoles, calabasas, chicken breast and a fried banana. Washed down with coffee. Weight up again, better get on the exercycle. Got first of 3 deliveries from Amazon. Next 2 are a book with exercises and a pair of adjustable weight dumbbells.


Rode the exercycle 30 minutes going 6.17 miles and burning 226 calories.
