Day 1 ✔ - Here we go on Day 2. I reached the end of my 24 hour starter-fast last night and only had a light meal thereafter. This morning my wife and I made our signature low cal breakfast burritos and saved same as a meal in the Fat Secret app. We're lovin' this thing. It is way more useful than the NutriSystem app that we're accustomed to using. - Today finds us sitting in East Pennsylvania due to a lack of freight this weekend. Sounds like a good day for movies and some out-of-truck exercise. Success to all!

I didn't really like the Nutrisystem food, I was able to hang for 2 months, but it did drop my weight from 260 to 240 during that time... But expensive and just bad food. I'm glad you guys are liking the FS program, it has brought me great success so far!

Thanks y'all! We liked NutriSystem very much, mostly due to its convenience on the road. But they kept discontinuing the foods we liked. We found ourselves eating the same few remaining things over and over and just burned out. Still, I'd recommended it for anyone. Success to you!
