Was good to get back home and back on the exercycle which I rode for 30 minutes last night, going 6.09 miles and burning 223 calories.
Back home and on track. Breakfast was a big bowl of steelcut oats and a couple slices of double fiber toast. Washed down with lots of coffee and a ride on the exercycle.
Rode 36 1/2 minutes for 8.19 miles and burning 300 calories.
