I have been horrible at keeping up with my food logging but I haven't eaten much anyway... My E.D is starting to take control again... I want to lose weight in a safe way not harm myself to get to my goal weight.... I just want to be small enough to at least see my bones... It gives me even more inspiration to know that I'm getting to my goal... I just have a set weight...

Just keep track of how the diet thing is going. You can very your diet with your intake levels, and adjust it ongoing.
