Very surprised to have lost 2.4 lbs through no effort of my own, despite having bought a few breakfasts and lunches at work and not doing any zumba (lessons stopped, will reprise in June), nor treadmill. I even gave in to Starbucks! My week was pretty hectic because I am trying to sell my house and I had lots of cleaning up to do!
I am always scared to lose weight by losing muscle (I don't exercise enough), but I guess losing a bit and gaining a bit is part of maintaining.
Last time I took a reading of my blood pressure, it was fine. Always need to monitor this monster!
