Been struggling a bit with crap food, probably because I'm single yet again and that's not usually a fun event. Luckily, I'm still eating healthy stuff too, cooking plenty. I've eased off on the sautéing because I got paranoid about using olive oil so often.
I started blanching stuff and now do that a lot. Like today, for breakfast I boiled some parsnips, carrots, and asparagus; t'was lush.
Every now and again I go out for a walk and jog. My jogging endurance is gradually going up. Once I get some proper jogging gear I'll HOPEFULLY get past my social anxiety and just jog regularly, even around people. Currently, I just jog where there are no people. I'm weird like that.
I am getting on track though.

Ha, I'm the same way about jogging. I drive a half hour out of town to a quiet trail when I go jogging. I don't think I'll ever be the person comfortable jogging through downtown.

Notelaine, just a note, be careful out in nowhere, jogging by yourself. I watch too many homicide shows. Too many crazy people out there. We just had a HS girl killed jogging in San Diego. An area named Poway, where no on was around. Just looking out for you. Sorry!

Thank you for the warning Warren! I'm not too worried, since I'm not exactly an 'easy' target at nearly 6' and 200 lbs, but I do carry pepper spray when I'm out alone :)

That's good because this guy walked up to the girl with a gun. Here in California we have a Megan's Law website for child molesters. When I looked up the guy's name, who killed her, there he was, with photo and everything. Some young punk with a 4X4 and a pistol. Awful story, the guy had just gotten out of jail. This happened a few years ago. The guy said, "I just can help myself, I'm a killer!" Wow!
