Have to be consistent with my weigh ins, but hate when that number goes up. Crazy how one bun and 200 extra calories can do that? I guess this is that water weight everyone talks about. I take my weekly average, so not going to get bummed. But not gonna lie! I'm always happier when I see the green arrow down!

It's a water glitch. Looks like you're familiar with water. 200 calories will not bring up your weight that much (I keep telling myself), but 200 calories certainly can cut away a big chung of your diet deficit for the day. Kayaker? It's fun stuff. The background in your avatar looks like the shoreline on a lot of our northern lakes here in BC.

Keep your eyes on the horizon...it's the distance, not a spurt we are after!^^

Hi Northernmusician! Actually I am a paddleboarder :) But I have kayaked as well. And that lake is in Northern California between Sacramento and South Lake Tahoe. I've never been to BC, but I think it is beautiful!

Totally agree, NicoleJody! This is a lifestyle so I do my best everyday. Sometimes I am just so eager though to hit that goal! Just got to stay the course :)
