Time to lose a bit. Probably would be higher if I hadn't put in a second go at the exercycle!
Breakfast was a Mcdonalds Big Breakfast(hash browns,sausage patty,scrambled eggs and biscuit) washed down with coffee and milk.
Passing on the exercycle today as I rode it two times yesterday. Working on the important business of lining up a hotel suite in Laughlin for Monday and Tuesday nights next week!
