It was an alright day yesterday! I went shopping :) and bought some healthy foods, a new food scale and a new weigh in scale! My old scale was one of those dial types that really was not that accurate! But what can I expect for something that was free.
Anyways while out and about and talking to my bf, whom is supportive in his own strange way :). I realised that I'm starting to take this seriously. It also occured to me that this is something I am going to need to do for the rest of my life. I'm just one of those individuals that can gain weight so extremely easy and taking it off is the opposite! So I've equated down to a simple philosophy.. I will have to take medication for other medical issues, so food and exercise are my medication for my weight! Everyday it becomes more apparent that this whole journey is good for the body, mind and soul! "Positive thinking = positive results"
