So much for an early walk tomorrow! Yikes! Last night I was on our swing, going pretty high and when I adjusted my grip to slow down the swing went right out from under me (stupid slippery yoga pants) and sent me face down into the gravel I've acquired seven bruises, eight cuts and a variety of scratches on top of a badly aching wrist. It took about twenty four hours but my whole back and abdomen are really achy now. Damn you gravity. Oh well, take a day or two to rest and probably get back into it after that Wednesday I have some blood work and an OBGYN visit right after.
