Happy Saturday FS!
Went out to dinner last night and did great! Absolutely stayed away from the bread basket...my weakness and comfort food. The scale was the same today so that's good too.
I'm hoping to work in some exercise this week to establish some type of routine that will also fit my work schedule.
Make it a great one and I know we can do it!!

bread is my buddy as well...when im tired...way to go on stickin with a plan...keep that body guessin whats in store for it and im sure your body will thank you for it on the scales

That is awesome! A huge accompishment! I sometimes shy away from dinner out just to avoid things like the bread basket. So it says alot about your determination that you could do that. Way to keep us motivated too.

Great job, the bread basket is a weakness of mine as well. We haven't gone out to eat in a while, but I hope I can be as strong as you were. You are awesome!
