Diet has finally gotten to me...

I am only 3kg from my goal, but my calories are down to 300kcal per meal.

I am tired of rationing tea and coffee.

I am tired of only having calories for 1 apple and 14g of raisins as a snack.

I am tired of walking 1.5 hours (in the rain) every bl**dy day.

If I can keep it together, then it's just 3 more weeks of hell.

So, keep calm and carry on...

Hang on in there. You have done flippin' amazingly well in 4 months. A kilo a week loss is pretty awesome, especially sustained over time. 3 weeks more, 3 kilos more - then maintenance. Good luck.

You've done amazingly well. I was a bit confused by your rationing tea and coffee but then spotted you have milk & sugar so I guess that makes sense. I wish I had your determination and will power when it comes to my rationing wine 😂😂 Good luck for the next few weeks and devising your maintenance strategy.

You chose a challenging pace in terms of deficit level, but as Penlan said - you're reaping the rewards and you are truly in the "homestretch" now, so don't let it get you down! You've got this!
