The gorging is over and the discipline has begun. After 5 days of 2700 to 4500 calories, when the goal is 1800, yesterday was 1671. Much better. I also got back into pushups and situps this week. I need to start the walking again, but this week has been engulfed by hard work around the house with yard and garage reclamation plus scraping and painting my 2-story house. No shortage of exercise.
