Had another big bowl of posole last night for dinner so up a pound today. With all the veggies and pork in it, I should lose most of that gain by tomorrow morning. At least that is the plan.

Brunch this morning was hamburger patties, spinach, calabasas, fried banana, coffee and 2 slices of toast.
Rode 48 minutes, 10.1 miles, burned up 371 calories.
