This was the first time daring the scales after an indulgent holiday and a few weeks of unhealthy eating so I was expecting to weigh in at something extremely porky, so I was pleasantly surprised to have only put on 2 pounds! Makes me feel motivated to get back to being healthy and aim to get below the 220 mark. I'll aim for 219lbs and take it from there!
