Yesterday, prior to leaving for the buffet, I took this photo fully garbed with all the junk I carry around including the cellphone and holster.

Once I made it to the buffet with my friend Leroy, I proceeded to devouring the following items washed down with a diet soda and black coffee(dessert time.)
I did not eat the roll.
My blood sugar readings immediately upon finishing eating, one hour later, two hours later, told in picture form:

And now my weight on the scale as I do it normally, only a less than half pound gain over yesterday's weighin, and I did no time on the exercycle last night, just came home and crashed around 6:30ish:

Brunch was pork posole,a couple taquitos along with a fried banana(in coconut oil) and plenty of coffee.
Rode 53 minutes for 11.09 miles and burning up 407 calories.
