Sometimes it's just better to eat whatever it is you are craving and move on. The catch to that is you have to be sure of yourself to say, "That's it." I've been craving donuts since February. I want 3 honey dipped please. 🍩 🍩 🍩 Still have not had them b/c I don't think I can stop at 3. Also wanted a blizzard. I finally had that when I got sick with the noro virus. I knew it was going to go right through me. Once I started eating it I realized it didn't taste anywhere near what I was hoping for. Only ate half and voila 💥 Craving is gone.
