Van to unload tomorrow and stock to sort - always a horrid job.

Absolutely exhausted.

Today was busy and hard work. Yesterday was absolutely full on - hit the ground running with waves of manic activity. Bonkers. There needs to be six of me. At the rate I've been going there will be half of me!!

Two days of no proper eating, I'll wait a couple of of days for things to settle before I worry about scale weight. I've been fuelling on grab fruit.

Sleep now. Welcome relief.

Tuesday I will get to start the daily constitutionals again - at last!
