My doctor said my numbers were great! A1C down from 5.2 to 5.1. Triglycerides down from 209 to 58. Cholesterol down from 185 to 167. LDL or bad cholesterol did go up slightly from 108 to 115 which he said did not concern him. Despite having had 5 cups of coffee recently in me my blood pressure was 107/62 with a pulse rate of 61. I will work on getting a picture backing up this to my journal today.As promised, results in photo form:

Not the weight result that was expected or needed this day of my semi-annual doctor checkup. Sitting in the parking lot waiting for my appt time. Expect a rise in the blood sugar and cholesterol #'s, hopefully slight.
Breakfast was coffee, milk and a real good sauage with egg on flatbread quesadilla.
Btw, weighed myself with and without clothes, no shoes, so I can adjust their scale reading accordingly.

Also had a banana and peanut butter sandwich with a cup of milk.
Rode the exercycle 53 minutes, 11.06 miles, 406 calories. Also found out that we are not having posole but caldo de res, a Mexican beef soup. Come back for the pics.
