Brunch was 2 hamburger patties, calabasas, nopales not pictured, green onions,spinach, fried banana and toast washed down with coffee.


Did 56 minutes, 11.08 miles, 407 calories on the exercycle.
Had a banana and peanut butter sandwich and milk for dinner. Dr visit in the morning and the goal is to weighin at 170 there.
