Brunch was 2 hamburger patties, calabasas with other veggies, spinach along with a fried banana. Plus several cups of coffee. Also some green onions.
Also rode the exercycle for 50 minutes, 10.06 miles and burning 369 calories.
Thought you guys might like to see what pretty much is my dinner every work night. Usually though I do not add the slice of avocado. However that may change as it sure added to the flavor of the bean and cheese cup. Also pictured, a mini bacon quesadilla and a grilled chicken taco.
