Breakfast: grits,eggs,bacon,toast,coffee.

Exercycle results:

407 calories, 11.09 miles, 54 minutes.

Edit: dinner was fast food from Del Taco. The usual: mini bacon quesadilla, bean-cheese cup and a grilled chicken taco.

Late night "snack" was a big bowl with a fantastic chili relleno and rice. I did not finish all the rice but the relleno was attacked like a dog on a hambone!
