Panigale1199's Journal, 14 Apr 16

So I found a "before" photo of me around June 2015 when I was struggling to stick to paleo. Constant binging on weekends let me no where. This photo was taken about a month before I started training with my trainer. I was about 158-160 here I think

Kind of sad I let myself get like this. It is almost hard to look at...

Here is yesterday. This is where I am now at 150lbs 24% BF. I would like to get more cut. Maybe around 17% BF. Need to pick up my game

hey! you look fabulous so what's with the constant desire to "improve"? Are we (women) ever able to just relax into what we look like? Sometimes I am not sure if I am living in a body or a decoration.

It's only natural for a person who has achieved the transformation that you have to want to continue to want to improve. You are aware of the possibilities. Go for it!!!

I agree we should be happy with our accomplishments. I am thrilled with my progress dont get me wrong. But I have always been an over achiever. Not for anyone but for myself. I am not doing this to look good for others or my SO. I am doing it for me and myself. Not to mention I like being strong. Id like to shred the fat then work on my strength. There is something amazing feeling that happens when you can lift heavier than you could before. The other day I had to get more soil for my garden. I saw people look at me funny when I was picking up the heavy bags of soil from the floor to put them in my cart. Feels good to do things yourself rather than have a man do it for you. My goals are not just for looks as they are for utility :)
