Its been 30 days. I've lost weight. I'm going to continue to lose weight!!

Today was double sessions on the eliptical/stepper conversion machine.<--Is there a better name for that?

Well done! Right on, K8! I agree with resistance training. It could even be as simple as body weight exercises such as squats, lunges, and pushups. Buidling lean muscle increases metabolism and energy thus enabling you to reach your goal quicker :D

Thank you, friends! I just started these past few days (for about 10-15mins) with doing a few Pilate exercises in the locker room and small 5 lb weights as well. Also used a resistant band a couple times. Starting off slow, but hope to add a full 30min of it on top of an hour of cardio.
