Woke to an even worse sore throat than yesterday. Feels like the bottom of a parrot's cage. I hope I haven't gotten a new set of germs from the people on Saturday.
Hitting it hard with ginger and oranges, usually works for me.
Net carbs will be high, it's a price worth paying. I have my big show of the year in a week and a half and have NO time to be ill, especially as I have already lost a week to germs! A shake up on the diet is never a totally bad thing anyway :)
