I have had a bizarre week. the ups and downs have been crazy. but I survived, and the wheels of change are in motion. was put on another medication to reduce the inflammation in my shoulders and other joints. I thought losing weight would make things better. now I'm confused. either way I just need to keep the faith that things will improve. and also remind myself to breath, be positive and have a little patients with myself. after all if ppl don't like you at your worst they do not deserve to see you at your best;) hope everyone has a safe, happy and healthy weekend. :)

Keep the faith Pam, loosing weight will improve things, sometimes the meds give us a little extra help. :)
