Happy Friday FS! Woo hoo! Yes, I live for the weekend!
I'm still motivated! Need to work on exercise as I am lacking there ... :( I should have measured myself when I started back but will do it tomorrow. Maybe I can find my records from the last time I was on FS to see where I am (WAS) at...
Drinking my water (trying for earlier in the day or I am up all night), logging my food and NO alcohol. I've actually had NO alcohol since I have been back to FS. Pretty good for me as most of our functions or get togethers focus around food and booze. :) My hardest time will be when I travel to Toronto at the end of October but I will cross that bridge when I come to it.
