I almost gained 1kg since my last weigh in. I know I'm eating way less, did a 5 km walk/run and boxing last week. I'm gaining people, G.A.I.N.I.N.G...its is not very motivational.

Are you eating the right foods? "Eating way less" does not necessarily = weight loss. You could actually be compromising your weight loss with eating the wrong foods.

Well I try...I usually start each day with 2-3 eggs and bacon, I'll occasionally have 1 slice toast with it, followed by a small glass of OJ. Then I might be hungry come dinner time, which I have whatever my mom makes. Only one serving of it. Dinner done. NOTHING AFTER 8 at night...so no more snacking or cereal(which I'm addicted too) etc.

Muscle is not heavier than fat, 1kg of fat weighs the same as 1 kg of muscle. Muscle however takes up less space in your body. Maybe youre not eating enough for the extra working out you are doing? Try skipping the oj and have the fruit instead. juices are laden with hidden sugars. i hope you dont mind, but i looked at your food logged and there are alot of blank spaces. trust me, i know from experience... i have had days where i think, you know i hardly ate anything today, and when i log what i did eat, i easily exceed my RDI. try be more diligent with your food logging, it might help you find out a cause for the weight gain. but never give up!! keep up the running and boxing! it will pay off in the long run!!
