I am having a hard time right now. My weight just won't budge. Today was really hard, I drank a diet soda for the first time in four months. I did not eat lunch, but ate a whole bag of pork rinds. ugggh! At least for dinner I did better.

One diet soda is not bad. Pork rinds. I haven't had those in ages. No worries. The scale will move in the right direction soon

Pork rinds are good if your doing LCHF. They have 0 carbs. Diet Soda also has 0 carbs. So if you are doing LowCarb...you did great today! I cannot eat just a handful of pork rinds...I. Must. Eat. The. Whole. Bag.

Stay with it - you did OK. Pork Rinds are salty so you may see a temporary bump up but don't get discouraged!

I eat my pork rinds with a small pat of sweet cream butter. Grosses everyone out at the lunch table... but hey a girl has to have some kind of fun.
